Taking breaks is important, and we encourage employees to recharge… hence why we offer 25 days holiday and more the longer you are with us.
Employees who have 5 and 10 years of service are eligible for a sabbatical. We just ask that you have at least a little fun while you are gone and come back refreshed.
Once a quarter we gather as a company to look back at what we have achieved and to look ahead at what's to come. In addition, we also have some serious fun, from away days, overseas trips and festive parties, just to name a few.
Each year we look to carry out a fun charity challenge to encourage team building and raise money for a great cause. We also give our employees a day each year to do something charitable themselves. Why? Because it's nice to be nice!
